About recurring billing
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. By upgrading, you authorise MealPoll to charge your chosen payment method every month until you cancel. We'll send a pre-debit notification ahead of each renewal as required by RBI. You can cancel anytime from inside the app, and you'll keep paid features until the end of the current cycle.
Pricing FAQ
How is billing handled?
Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions billed in INR via Razorpay (cards, UPI Autopay, netbanking, wallets). Your plan auto-renews each month until you cancel.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The listed monthly prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. A GST invoice is emailed after each successful renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one tap inside the app (Settings → Manage subscription). You'll keep your paid features until the end of the current billing cycle, then drop back to Free automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer mid-cycle refunds, since you keep full access until the cycle ends. If you were charged unexpectedly, write to us at support@mealpoll.com within 7 days and we'll review it.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You only lose access to premium features (PDF export, analytics, weekly planning, multi-mess). Re-upgrade anytime and everything is back.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is permanent and lets you run a mess of up to 25 customers with the core features. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
